Hi everyone! For those who are new to this space, my name is Cameron Aloway. A little bit about myself, I am a senior from Cleveland, Ohio studying public relations at Kent State University.

Social justice has always held a significant aspect throughout my life. I always find myself gravitating towards opportunities that bring change and push for equity and inclusion. I believe there's huge importance in taking a proactive role within your position and use any reasonable method at your to ensure all identities are equally respected. Whether that be utilizing your voice or incorporating reasonable measures to obtain representation.

Currently, I hold the position as a Resident Assistant for University Housing as well as the Marketing and Communications Intern at The Cleveland Foundation. My overall objective in terms of my career is to build an inclusive society through education and communication. In each of my positions, I made it a priority to ensure that my identity as others are represented and respected throughout all spaces.
